Replacement of Timber Sliding Sash windows

This was a nice project for Hall Glazing to be involved with, as the clients wanted to keep the style and look of the existing windows but gain from the thermal efficiency of a modern sliding sash window system.

We used vertically opening sliding sash windows to keep the property authentic to its original character and features of this traditional building.

To keep the windows looking authentic to the original building we replaced the old sash cords and weights and windows with a modern spiral balance system. This system make the windows easier to clean and maintain while preserving the traditional look of traditional Victorian sash windows.
